Hi, my name is Tan. we are the group of four young vietnameses( Tan, Ly , Loan, Thao) living in Sapa, a wonderful town for the trekking, hiking and cultures tours, we have been working in the north of Vietnam as the french & english speaking tour guides since 2001 and know very well the area. We like travelling to North-West & North-Est of Vietnam as there are always many things to discover and would like share our knowledges about the local life and their culture with the tourists coming to Sapa & also show them the hospitality & friendly locals.

Day 1: Sapa - Y Linh Ho village - Lao Chai village - Ta Van village (L/D)

 Begin your first trekking day of 10-11 km equalling around 4 hours walk from your hotel or meeting point at 9.30 am. Trek down to Y Linh Ho village of black Hmong people, which is located below Fansipan mountain with beautiful rice paddy fields surrounding it. Visiting a local wooden house of an ethnic and meet the friendly locals. Enjoy spectacular scenery, the fresh air and coolness of the mountains of northwest Vietnam. 

Continue your trek down to Muong Hoa valley, the biggest and most beautiful valley in Sapa, home for Hmong, Dzao and Giay ethnic minority groups. Seize the opportunity of visiting them and their villages located between rice paddy fields. Savor lunch in local restaurant and then keep hiking to Ta Van village of the Giay minority people. Spend overnight at a homestay and enjoy dinner with the local family.

Day 2: Ta Van village - Bamboo forest - Giang Ta Chai village - Sapa (B/L)

Enjoy a nice breakfast in the homestay before starting the second day's trek of 7-8 km, hiking to a small dirt trail with amazing views of the rice terrace fields. Pass a small village of Hmong people before reaching the bamboo forest. Take a break at a waterfall to enjoy the cool water and marvel at the stunning view. Cool off swimming in the Muong Hoa river, after which you can enjoy lunch in local restaurant. Take a bus back Sapa town to end the tour in the afternoon.

    We enjoyed very much the tour. The guid was kindly. helpfull and perfect. The tour could have been more intresting if we could taste the local specialities.
