Excellent coordination. Everything worked out well. Expect at this time of the year the weahter was extremely bad. Fog, rain, thunder storms. It was a good experience. The guide was friendly but a little young. The hike is around 10k each way and a good workout. Be aware of ladders, steep climbs and you will be fine. It was fun and a wonderful adventure in Vietnam a truly wonderful country. The service experience was friendly. I would recommend Cathy and team any time.

The tour operator is actually a coordinator of (1) bus operator, (2) hotel service (for the bathroom use the first morning and the second afternoon as well and meals for these times), (3) tour guides. They were all well coordinated in my trip, staffs from all 3 service providers were all nice and helpful. There were 3 of us from Saigon, and we were grouped with another 23 peoples from all walks of life and from many countries. That made our trip memorable. I would really recommend this! P.s: for those who wanna trek during the craziest time of the year - around Jan - pls consider if you are having a fever or cold because the is not much oxygen up there in Fansipan and even Sapa. You can imagine how hard it would when you climb up the mountains with your running nose and fever. I was in that situation and was so demotivated!!
