Practice a Yoga class at Zenith Yoga
Zenith yoga is one of the oldest and most qualified Yoga center in Hanoi. I am very lucky to teach here and have a great Yoga community where people practice Yoga in a safe and scientific way and take Yoga as a life style. You can choose one of these Yoga class below and I will be your private instructor. The class is customized according to your energy, your feeling and your body. I insist my Yoga style is everyone can do Yoga so do not make any reason to stop you from coming to the class. You can choose one of the style below:
Our Hatha classes concentrate on the learning of traditional asana (postures), breathing and mindfulness. Emphasis is placed listening to the body through longer-held poses, core strength, flexibility, balance & concentration.
Our class is characterized by great attention to detail in each pose, use of props, and focus on body alignment. It is highly verbal and precise, and help to modify each pose to suit each student&;s unique requirements from their yoga practice.
Restorative yoga blends moving meditations and bliss producing restorative poses, typically done on the floor with lots of supportive props coupled with soothing music. Restorative poses are an important part of any long-term yoga practice: they recharge our energy reserves, heal the effects of stress, and bring our nervous systems into a more balanced state.
Vinyasa Flow, likened to a dynamic dance, is a practice where postures or asanas are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. Classes build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. The creative sequencing found in a Vinyasa class is often built around suryanamaskar (sun salutations) and provide an intense workout.
Enjoy a delicious vegan meal
After Yoga, it's time for a meal. We will walk to a Vegan restaurant near by to get some tasty Vietnamese vegan cuisine. You will learn the way we walk on the street and deal with lots of mortobike from everywhere, but don't worry just a little experience you will be safe. After a small walk of about 8 mins, we will visit a homemade vegetarian restaurant named Sesame. They have a special desert made from sesame and that's where the name come from.
After the meal, we will walk around West Lake and enjoy one of the best scenery of the city. You may take photos here, take a Hanoi special coffee or just enjoy the beautiful walk while your food is getting digested.
Get refreshed with a Vietnamese traditional massage
And this should be the best reward of all, 1.5 hours of traditional Vietnamese massage. This is one of the great professional & clean spa place in Hanoi. You will start with a personal bath tub with herbal medicine, then steam room, sauna room, shower. Then you will enjoy an hour with a professional masseuse who is well trained and dedicated to the work. All of them are very skillful and friendly.
