  It. Was. Great! We had so much fun and we were so full we had to “surrender.” And our guide seemed quite disappointed that we didn’t get to taste all the food he intended for us to try. Our guide, Tommy, was a really great guide. All our tour guides in Hanoi (we booked 4 separate tours) were goood but Tommy is our uninamous favorite. We were late in starting our food tour (almost 8pm instead of 6pm) because we arrived very late from our previous day tour but he patiently waited for us. We were ok to end our tour at 9pm as per orIginal itinerary but Tommy would have none of it. We ended about 11pm, but only because we already “surrendered.” We loved all the food we tried in Hanoi. From hot noodle soup, to cold noodles, to street bbq and kebab, to local sweets, to egg and coco coffee, etc. Tommy brought us not only to the places frequented by tourists but also to places where only locals would normally go. Oh, and of course we ate on the sidewalks like everybody does. It was quite a gastronomic experience for our entire family.

  We had a fantastic time on the tour. Our guide Mai was very knowledgeable and such a lovely lady. She had some great information about the history of Hanoi and Vietnam and took us to some fantastic food stalls to taste some fresh Vietnam delicacies. I would highly recommend this tour with Mai !!

  Great private street food tour with dragon .would definitely recommended this tour and especially dragon as a guide.you really grt so much information about hanoi and their culture that it is well worth for money .so much delicious tasty hanoi food .

  We were recommended this tour by other travellers during our recent time in Vietnam. We signed up for the street food on food tour and we were not disappointed. We were picked up at our hotel by our guide Long and then travelled to 5 different locations to try the different street food around Hanoi. The amount of food, and the knowledge of the guide was well worth the money paid. We can not recommend this tour enough if you are ever visiting Hanoi.

  Best value hanoi street food tour.I decided to add a street food walking tour to my itinerary becsuse ,in my experiences ,street food can be hard to experiences properly on your own .you simply have no idea what to get or what to do with it .you get pick up from your hotel with thr time provide you by email from them when you book this tour.During the course of the evening we tried about 5 to 6 different places and our guide Peter LONG (who had excellent command of english) took us a fruit vendor to try varios tropical fruits-which i appreciated because i mentioned i have never try mongosteen.The food was delicious accompanied by helpful commentary from peter.at the end .we tried the famous egg coffee and rice came from a coconut and tasted yummy.Highly recommended .

  First thing to do in Hanoi.Just came back from this fantastic tour. I enjoyed every minute of this 3.5h tour that guides you thru the best of Hanoi street food. Long our guide was fantastic took us to places you'd never go in nor find alone and explained alot about the food and history of Vietnam. Without a shadow of a doubt each time I'll be in Hanoi I'll book this tour for the first night. With only small usd we had plenty of food, water and even a beer! Really loved it
