Hi! My name is Nhi and I am a local - born and raised in a small town 30 minutes away from the city of Dalat. For the last few years, Dalat has been my home. I am currently studying Hospitality and Tourism in Dalat University. My passions include traveling, trying different kinds of food and meeting people from all over the world. This is just one of the reasons why I want to be an awesome host to you when you arrive in the central highlands of Vietnam. Known as the eternal spring town of Vietnam, Dalat has many sights to offer travelers. Many of these are beautiful and fascinating, but I also aim to show you the hidden, local side of this region. From waterfalls, strawberry fields, flower farms to local street-food and festivals - we can create a memorable trip for you. Join me on a day tour - I assure you true local insight and great company! PS. It is super-easy to make me laugh - so all your jokes will work on me!

In this day tour, I will bring you to visit the 4 majestic waterfalls of Dalat on my motorbike - Datania, Pren, Pongour, and Elephant Waterfall. We will also see other offbeat attractions along the way such as the Ghost House of Dalat.

Datanla Waterfall

This 20m high waterfall crashes into a deep pool at the foot of the waterfall called the Deadly Abyss. With rapids and large streams of water, the lower section is known to locals as Suoi Tien.

Ghost House of Dalat

This beautiful but cursed house that lies next to the highway in Dalat was intended to be renovated into a hotel, but its owner died before the plans could be completed.

Pren Waterfall

Guests can scale down this waterfall from a height of nearly 10m. Water flows in between granite rocks, spreading evenly like a watery curtain or fairy's hair . There is a small valley nearby with a beautiful flower garden.

Pongour Waterfall

Considered by many as the most beautiful and impressive waterfall in the highlands, Pongour Waterfalls cascades from a height of nearly 40 meters and spans over 100 meters. It is also surrounded by virgin forests covering an area of approximately 2.5 hectares with diverse vegetation and abundant wildlife.

The Passion Fruit Farm (optional)

Near the Pongour Waterfall, there is a small but interesting family-ran Passion Fruit Farm, where you can find out more about the cultivation of this popular exotic fruit.

It is also possible to buy the fruit and take some pictures.

Elephant Waterfall

Elephant waterfall, also called Lieng Rowoa, has a width of about 40m and is over 30m in height. Legend has it that the elephants mourned the death of a lady who loved elephants, crying until they passed away at the foot of the waterfall. The roaring of the waterfall day and night creates a sound like the roar of wild animals. Elephant waterfall was recognized as a national monument in 2001.

Silk factory OR Coffee Plantation

Choose to visit a Silk Factory and see how local embroidered silk is made, or visit a coffee plantation and enjoy local coffee.
