Da Nang Beaches And Fishing Village

Our journey starts at 3:45 p.m. Meet us at the pickup bike for a short tutorial on how to handle your electric motorbike. It’s not that different from the regular two-wheeled transport you’re used to, so if you’re always comfortable on two wheels, this is going to be a short instruction.

On the way to Son Tra mountain atop the hushed-yet-powerful Dat Bike Weaver, we’ll pass by My Khe Beach, a world famous destination once named by Forbes as one of the six most beautiful beaches of the planet, according to the publication. It’s white, fine sand next to blue water stirred by gentle waves abutted by a coconut tree line make for a bucolic image. We’ll stop by the water to take in the fleet of boats and fishing activity happening at this water’s edge.

Let’s take in the scenery in peace knowing our transportation and tour isn’t endangering lasting beauty of this natural wonder.

Dong Dinh Museum: A Home for the Area’s Ancient Treasures

The next stop on our Zero Emission Tour is the beautiful Dong Dinh Museum.

This is the place to see the area’s archeological treasures and a collection of fine art. This is one of the most important collection of Dai Viet, Sa Huynh and Trung Hoa cultures. This is an important visit for those who want to better understand their surroundings and deepen their connection with this country.

Linh Ung Pagoda: A Haltingly Beautiful Religious Refuge

We’re going to be about 13 km from downtown when we hit the famous Linh Ung Pagoda, a place paramount to Vietnam’s Buddhism in both spiritual as well as literal terms: this is the home of the 30-story-tall Lady Buddha statue. This is one of the largest depictions of the icon in the whole country. Take in the surrounding charming landscape from a place unlike any other.

Coffee with a View

After that, we’re going to hop back aboard our fun, quiet and powerful electric bikes and head back to the city center for a seafood feast. We’ll dine on the area’s catch: shrimp, crabs and squids. Our dining spot is located in a small alley on Man Thai beach. Though it’s remote, it’s host to hundreds of visitors everyday who come seek this culinary gem.

After that, we’ll return to Da Nang just in time for nightfall. The Dat Bike Weaver is hushed and quiet, so you’ll be able to take in just the city at night. End your tour knowing you’ve done your part to make sure your travels protect the Earth for our posterity.
