(18/06/2018)We really enjoyed our experience with Mandy. Right from the time she welcomed us with the Vietnamese hats, to the time she ordered a taxi for us to go back, we had lots of fun, and really learnt a lot about the culture of Vietnam. It is a great trip where you are not inundated with tourists all around you, but just the relaxed Vietnamese village culture. It was great for our children to see the farms, try new fruits and vegetables, and interact with the local villagers. The lunch was the best part. We enjoyed helping Mandy in her cooking but she is a really good cook, and whipped up some amazing Vietnamese food. My best meal of the trip. Also she uses ingredients from the farms which are more wholesome and less processed. Mandy has a really nice house and we felt very welcomed. Her children and our daughter got along really well and played throughout the afternoon, and she did not want to leave. Thanks Mandy...we had a great time.

(26/12/2017)Mandy was very affable. She took the time to explain the farm / plantation area as we tour the village market enroute to her home. My daughters, 9 & 12 y/o, had an awesome time seeing the rural side of Hanoi. My family of 5 especially like to communal bonding we had preparing the 5-course vietnamese lunch using fresh ingredients from the village. It was a unique and rare experience for us urbanites as we rarely get the chance to prepare farm-to-table meals in urban Singapore!

(22/09/2017)We had a fantastic day with Mandy. The whole experience was wonderful. Meeting some of the local people while we walked through the village vegetable and meat market and then through the fields where all the vegetables and herbs are grown. Mandy was a wonderful guide who warmly welcomed us into her beautiful home where we all made traditional Vietnamese food. We all really enjoyed the hands on experience and learnt a significant amount in a short period of time. We would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a local experience.

(18/07/2017)Mandy is a friendly, lovely and passionate lady. She brought me to the market in her village and to walk around the farms to see the crops. She had great knowledge of the farm and crops and i learnt a lot. After the farm tour, Mandy welcomed me to her house where she taught me how to cook local dishes. This is one unforgettable experience, to learn how to cook traditional local dishes and to see the life and home of a local. The hands on experience of cooking made the trip very fun and engaging. This is a trip i would recommend to all who want to go to less touristy area, yet experience the true culture of Vietnam, and enjoy the nature and greenery of the farms. Thank you Mandy for the amazing experience :-)
