Chè - Sweet soup you must try in Vietnam
Food in Saigon is always a critical topic for both tourists and locals. Sweet gruel or sweet soup is the first thing locals think of as dessert. There have been various ingredients that make a huge kind of sweet soups but coconut milk is nearly indispensable to make a proper bowl of "Chè".

(24/01/2016)We (2 adults & teen) had a great triip. Zen alley is a completely different part of HCMC, off the tourist trail. At 4 pagodas we learned from our guides about the who, what, where and why of buddhism in Vietnam. A tea making lesson also enlighted us hardened black tea drinkers on the delights of Vietnamese green teas. Finally the vegetarian lunch was a marvel of delicate & delucious flavours. Our guides were knowledgeable and willing to share their pride in their city with us. We felt priveledged they would give up their time to show us secrets of HCMC on a Saturday morning. Triip.me and Saigon Lovers were very prifessional in their communications and delivered what was promised. We highly recommend this trip and give it 5 stars.
Abbey Barnes(26/11/2013)Really lovely atmosphere with good gourmet vegan food. This tour is an excellent option with relaxing, healthy choices. We got away from the hustle bustle of the city, then I came back feeling refreshed. We'd love to see you next time, Inra!

(10/09/2013)Inra is very knowledgeable and connected to the subjects of his tour. He's also friendly and has a lot of personal insight into many parts of Vietnam's culture and present situation; I often felt speechless! Overall very down to earth and a great tour; highly recommended to anyone with an interest in tea or anyone looking for a relaxing break from the city.
