From Sapa to the black H'mong village of Lao Chai.

Your tourguide will pick you up from your hotel or our office at 9:30 am, then you move to Lao chai village by bus. You start the trek from here.Take a beautiful hike through the breathtaking scenery of Sapa valley. Along the way admire the rice terraces hidden behind the morning mist, a truly awe-inspiring sight.

From Lao Chai to Ta Van village.

Follow a small track and cross Muong Hoa River to pass well-tended rice terraces on your way to the village of Lao Chai, where a local Black Hmong group live. Continuing through the rice terraces, you will reach the village of Ta Van Giay. As you continue your trek along the Muong Hoa River, cross a small suspension bridge roughly 2km from the settlement and discover a fascinating collection of rock carvings. These engravings depict some beautiful images of man, stilt houses and beautiful decorative patterns

From Ta Van to Giang Ta Chai.

Enjoy lunch in a local home in the village, after which the walk continues through a bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai, a Red Dao village. Take a rest nearby at a waterfall to refresh, before starting the climb uphill to a road, where a car return you back to Sap
