Living in the Tourist Capital of Australia, the Gold Coast, I have traveled extensively throughout my life both around Australia and across the world and I want to bring my passionate love of people, travel and local knowledge of South East Queensland and Northern Rivers of NSW to others wanting to experience this fabulous region. I have more than a keen interest in maps, geography, places of interest, unique travel places & spots.....I’m always planning some sort of itinerary for myself or friends, even for just a day out of town. Take it West - Drive up to Mt Tamborine for a spectacular view of the Gold Coast. in the Hinterland. Visit the Botanical Gardens, Gallery Walk with loads of Art Galleries, Restaurants and interesting places. Enjoy lunch at one of many restaurants and cafes. Visit one of the Wineries or take a bush walk, watch hang gliders take off, enjoy afternoon tea looking out over the vast western view. Plenty of photo opportunities!

Sojourn on Mt Tamborine - Hinterland Drive with Spectacular Views!

Take it Over the Border - Northern Rivers of NSW - Your Sojourn begins - Just over an hour from the Gold Coast, take a Leisurely Scenic Drive from Queensland to New South Wales; visiting cafes, boutique villages of Kingscliff, Salt, Bangalow and Byron Bay including the Byron Bay lighthouse - Australia's most eastern point. Sample some fresh locally grown food at one of the cafes and take the opportunity to buy something special from this region such as Macadamia nuts, Pecan nuts, Coffee or Honey. Plenty of Photo opportunities!

Unique as a coastal city flanked by the Pacific Ocean to the east and the Scenic Rim of the Hinterland to the west. I will tailor make your Sojourn from some of the high lights listed below so you will enjoy your day doing things that will make your heart sing. We can take in the beach areas and then head for the hills OR take a scenic drive within an hour from the centre of the Gold Coast, stopping along the way for photo opportunities, take in the view, have a coffee or browse an antique shop. Take it Festive -We have numerous festivals throughout the year - please enquire prior so I can see "What's On" for your Sojourn dates. eg: Swell Sculpture Festival - Currumbin Beach in September every year.
