KL is also known as a shoppers paradise because there are numerous huge shopping malls where you can literally shop till you drop. You could also experience variety of new experiences such as cultures,adventures, histories and many more. 1. Merdeka Square-It was here the Union Flag was lowered and the Malayan flag hoisted for the first time on 31 August 1957. Since then, Merdeka Square has been the usual venue for the annual Merdeka Parade (National Day Parade). 2.Chinatown-Lively, colorful Chinatown is centered on Petaling Street, known for its fashion shops and a large covered market with produce, clothes and accessories. It is a place for cheap shopping spree. 3.Muzium Negara- Its facade comprises elements of traditional Malay and modern features. It was opened on 31 August 1963 and it serves as a repository of Malaysia's rich cultural and historical heritage.he displays range from showing cultural events like weddings, festivals and costumes to traditional weapons, musical instruments, arts and crafts, ceramics, and flora and fauna. 4.Batu Caves-is a limestone hill that has a series of caves and cave temples in Gombak.The cave is one of the most popular Hindu shrines outside India and is dedicated to Lord Murugan. It is the focal point of Hindu festival of Thaipusam in Malaysia. 5. Kuala Lumpur City Centre(optional)-are twin skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. According to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat , they were the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 to 2004 and remain the tallest twin towers in the world. The buildings are a landmark of Kuala Lumpur, along with nearby Kuala Lumpur Tower.
