I was born and raised in TN in a predominately African American community. My introduction to Black History came from my parents, grandparents, church members and community leaders. As I got older, I started my own research into Black History and have been empowered by stories of courage and strength of my people. As a result, I started United Street Tours so that others can join me in the celebration of Black history on walking tours through the city.
