7:30am: Get your helmet and comfortably ride on the back of your “Xe Om” driver to Thanh Toan tile-roofed bridge to visit one of the oldest bridges with distinctive architecture in Vietnam and learn how to use the farming tools at Thanh Toan Museum near by. On the way, we will have a quick stop at the temple of Thanh Thuy Chanh Village to learn something about the history and culture of this area and especially the Ngo family’s temple to understand how they treasure the tradition of worshiping and paying tribute to their ancestors. Breakfast is served along with drink at a local restaurant. 9:00am: Continue your trip through the rice paddy fields where you have chance to take photos and then stop at a local’s house to learn how the mushroom be grown from the straw. The host might offer you a chance to join them and what gift could be better than straw mushroom for lunch! 10:30am: Crossing Truong Ha Bridge to capture the spectacular view of Tam Giang Lagoon before reaching An Bang’s Grave Yard where you will witness thousands of colorful and magnificent tombs that makes this Ghost City is so famous among the locals. When we are driving through the country laneway, our driver is willing to offer you a real experience of driving a motorbike and certainly does he just sit right at the back to support you. 11:30am: Arrive at a local’s house in the fishing village. You can join a number of activities including learning how to row small boat, taking a walk around the fishing village, helping to prepare for lunch with the local family. Packing your stomach with delicious food and seasonal fruits is so delightful for your refreshment before taking a boat trip on Tam Giang Lagoon. Spectacular views of mountain surrounding the lagoon, sunrays sparkling on the water and rows of sticks around the fishing nets in front of your eyes are like picturesque landscapes so be sure to have your camera at hand.   2:00pm: Disembark at the landing station and then climb up Tuy Van Mountainto visit Thanh Duyen pagoda – one of the oldest pagoda listed in most beautiful sites of Hue under Thieu Tri King’s reign. Step by step, you will reach the Dieu Ngu tower at the the peak of Tuy Van mountain surrounded with the hundreds of year old trees. This is also one of the best points to have scenic views to Cau Hai Lagoon. 3:00pm: Get back on motorbike with your driver and drive on the scenic road to the pristine beach of Loc Binh which is situated at the end of the mountain stretching to the beach. Enjoying swimming in the cool water, diving to see the wild creatures and then indulging yourself with fresh seafood and beer will be extremely fascinating and definitely make your day! 4:30pm: Drive along the hilly road, watch the sunset over the lagoon and slowly fading behind the mountain before you reach the highway where our air conditioned car is waiting to transfer you either back to the city of Hue or continue your trip to Danang and Hoian Ancient town. The image of stunning sunset over Tam Giang Lagoon will be a sweet ending for our day and leave you unforgettable memories with us.

After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.   Afternoon: Visit Thanh Toan Bridge – one of the most valuable ancient bridges in Vietnam, was recognized as national heritage in 1990 and Agriculture tools museum – this is a unique community museum in Vietnam where you find a full set of farming and fishing tools together with many interesting stories of rural village life. Last top for Hue full day tour and cooking class will be Khai Dinh tomb - that may be symptomatic of the decline of Vietnamese culture during the colonial era. Unlike Hue’s other tombs, the grandiose concrete structure, built between 1920 and 1931, is a synthesis of Vietnamese and European elements. At 8am, our guide and driver pick you up at your hotel. Our first stop today will be Dong Ba Market to see the daily life of local people. After that take a boat trip to Thien Mu pagoda – A historic pagoda on the banks of the Perfume River in Hue, Vietnam. Apart from their scenic riverside and hilltop location, the Thien Mu Pagoda and its environs are also rich in history, standing witness to almost four hundred years of tumultuous nation-building in Vietnam. Transfer back to the center of Hue city to continue the tour. The massive Kinh Thanh Citadel is the most well known and iconic site in Hue. Begun in 1805 by Emperor Gia Long, it is actually a sprawling complex comprised of the Imperial City, several museums, lakes, and lovely gardens, all laid out in a series of concentric circles. We also visit the Forbidden Purple City, originally built in the early 1800s for the personal use of the emperor and staffed by eunuchs who posed no threat to the royal concubines. Our last stop this morning is Hue Royal Antiques Museum – a collection of ornaments from the Nguyen Dynasty. Chan May Port is located in the south-east corner of Thua Thien-Hue Province in Loc Vinh commune, Phu Loc district, Vietnam. It is operated by the Management Board of Chan May-Lang Co Economics Zone. Ownership of the Chan May Port may be assumed by the Vinashin Group in early 2008. The port was used in 2006 as an assembly yard for Rio Tinto Alcan’s G3 Project, where mining modules were assembled and loaded out on the newly constructed wharf to the mine in Australia’s Northern Territory state. Chan May Port is mainly used for the wood chip industry. Occasionally, luxury cruise liners berth at Chan May as the port is located between the main tourist locations of Hue City and Hoi An. You will cruise towards Bai Tu Long Bay, passing the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, Oan Lagoon, Mat Quy (Monster Head) and Am Tich (Teapot) Islets and Vung Vieng fishing village. We will explore the mystery of Sung Sot Cave which is one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. Later on, you will have plenty of time for swimming and kayaking to the Tunnel Cave.
